What We Provide

SUPPORT PLANS

After an initial assessment and risk assessment we will place you in the most suitable property according to your needs. This would be in one of our shared properties first, then once you have completed a successful 12 week support plan, we would consider you for a self contained flat to further your support to live independently.

SPECIFIED SUPPORT

Your 12 week support plan will focus on housing related support like moving on to permanent accommodation, teaching independent living skills, registering with a GP/Dentist and signposting to external support agencies for more specified needs. We will keep you housed and supported until you have reached the best position to move on.
